- Weber’s bakeshop blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake.

- Mixed baby greens with toasted almonds, dried cranberries, weber’s ranch & raspberry vinaigrette.
- Couscous and tangy coleslaw.
- Scrambled eggs, local sausage, sliced ham and au gratin potatoes.
- Vegetarian lasagna, fried chicken, London broil and caramelized salmon.

Reservations for Grand Ballroom Easter Brunch can be made by emailing our Sales & Catering Office or calling 734-769-3237 Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. A $150 deposit and a signed confirmation are required within 48 hours of receipt to guarantee the reservation. Final bill will automatically be charged to the credit card used for the deposit on 4/17/25. Final bill will include 6% tax and 21% Service Charge. ALL CHANGES IN COUNTS OR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PAYMENT OF THE FINAL BILL ON 4/17/25. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED FOR EASTER BRUNCH GRAND BALLROOM SEATING.
