- Only food and beverage items purchased from Weber’s are allowed in the entire pool area or any public areas. Guests may have their own food & beverage items or items from other restaurants in their hotel rooms.
- There is a maximum of 2 guests per room in rooms with one bed, and 4 guests per room in rooms with two beds, that can use the pool and other hotel amenities.
- Pool area is open daily from 9AM-9PM for all hotel guests and from 9PM-12AM for guests over 18 years of age.
- No pool toys, noodles or rafts.
- Our housekeeping staff will service guest rooms daily between the hours of 8AM-3PM. If you do not want staff to enter your hotel room during your stay, please put the do not disturb sign on your door or let the front desk staff know.
- CHECK-IN TIME 4:00PM – CHECK-OUT TIME 11:00AM
- MINIMUM CHECK-IN AGE 21
- A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged for rooms that have been smoked in or if there is excessive odors from the consumption or possession of marijuana.
- Credit or debit card in registered hotel guest name required upon arrival. This card will be authorized for the amount of room and tax charges, plus an additional 15% for any incidental charges.
- Cancellation policy is by 6PM the day of arrival, with the exception of the University of Michigan Home football weekends, New Year’s Eve and University of Michigan Spring Commencement Weekend. Cancellation for University of Michigan home football weekends and New Year’s Eve is 14 days prior to arrival. Prepayment required for special event dates including University of Michigan Spring Commencement Weekend and New Year’s Eve for the total amount of the room and tax charges for all nights of the stay. Deposits for University of Michigan Spring Commencement Weekend are non-refundable. Cancellation charge equal to room and tax for all nights reserved.
